Solar Powered Shrub Mobile!

Justin Shull claims he has created a solar powered vehicle that he's covered in shrubbery. He calls the odd little car the "Terrestrial Shrub Rover."

The Terrestrial Shrub Rover as appears in the video on his site is covered in foliage from bumper to bumper. As a result he has mounted video cams on the front that let him see where he's going by watching the video screens positioned in front of the driver.

Shull claims this solar electric powered rover is "presents the opportunity to explore terrestrial and social environments." OK.

Usually solar panels require the suns rays to hit them nice and cleanly. This Shrub Rover appears to be covered almost completely provoking questions such as how is this being charged up when it's completely covered in foliage?  Or, is he using a solar generator to charge up an electrical car that has no panels on it?

It appears that the mysteries of the Terrestrial Shrub Rover will never cease!

The video is comical in the sense it reminds one of comedies where this type of vehicle would be used to disguise the main character. I can see Lucy and Ethel riding in one of these through Hollywood to get a photo of some movie star.
