This is a brand new "Solar" community comprised of 45 homes located Vacaville California. They have the "SunPower SunTiles system" installed on each home. Many homeowner associations buck at the idea of adding solar panels in any form to their existing community homes. Their "I don't want to deal with it" attitude regarding allowing homeowners to add new solar systems is arrogant and lazy.
Thumbs up to the visionary home-builders who understand that solar power is the present and the future. We're going to be seeing many more of these ready-made solar communities in the coming years.
